President and CEO of Innovative Prosthetics
Lisa Guichet started in the Orthotics and Prosthetics profession in 2008 as an administrator and has spent years learning everything about the business management side of O & P. She believes that perfecting systems and thoughtful communication will make for the best possible patient experience. She will continue to lead a great team to do great things for our amputees.
Jerry moved to Texas in 2004 to begin his prosthetics career. After receiving his degree from UT Southwestern Medical School, he completed his residency in Florida, and couldn’t wait to get back to the Lone Star state. He enjoys connecting with his patients by listening to what their needs and goals are, then carefully crafting a game plan to achieve them. Jerry’s experience with athletes and difficult-to-fit cases has enabled him to provide effective solutions with the best possible prosthetic fit. In his free time, he enjoys camping, cycling, and exploring small towns in Texas with his wife and children.
Patient Care Manager
Jeff McCutchen is a Patient Care Manager with extensive experience of tending to individual needs. He found his way to the Orthotics and Prosthetics industry in early 2015 and has found his true calling for helping people. He is looking forward to working with you to provide a one of a kind experience.
Brandon Rohrbach has over 5 years of experience in the fabrication of prosthetics. Being an amputee himself, he has a personal interest in the quality of prosthetics. He understands the importance of dependability and reliability and works hard to ensure that, in every device.
Kara provides administrative support to our team at Innovative Prosthetics. After five years customer service and administration experience, she found herself joining the Orthotics and Prosthetics Industry in 2015. Kara excels at document management and pushes herself to find efficient ways to get things done.
Pranee Guichet has over 25 years of experience in the medical coding and billing profession. Her work has spanned across a variety of settings, including a centralized billing office, pain management office, Ob/Gyn, and family practice office and hospital laboratory. We are proud to call her our Billing Manager. Her current responsibilities include chart auditing, coding, billing, and compliance education. She has worked in the healthcare field most of her life, and passionately believes in our mission to provide the highest quality of patient care in a compassionate environment that provides exceptional client service and education

Over 20 years experience in medical field. Obtained Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification in 2001. Experience in trauma, orthopedic, general surgery and family practice. Office and billing manager duties to include HR, coding, billing and other duties required for manager role. Entered prosthetic field in 2018 to expand knowledge and expertise in prosthetic settings.
